-
Going through the courthouse . . .
To your “heirs”, if you do not have a last will and testament
To anyone, through a last will and testament
-
Staying outside the courthouse . . .
To anyone, by naming them as a beneficiary (of, like, an IRA, a bank account, a life insurance policy or [in Oklahoma] even your house)
To anyone, by naming them as a “joint tenant” owner of property – if the “joint tenant” survives you
To anyone, by having them as a beneficiary of a trust
To your “heirs”, by a small estate affidavit
